Lakshman Sagar is based entirely on a 'non-menu' concept, where the food is customized to suit the palette of each guest. At the time of check-in and based on the guests' preference; we suggest a unique menu for the duration of their stay which includes produce grown in-house or sourced locally.
With emphasis on seasonal, wholesome and fresh selections, the authentic local cusine of Lakshman Sagar primarily comprises of heirloom recipes from Marwar region and the Royal house of Raipur. As the delicious aroma of the spices wafts from the dhaba style open air kitchen, one can experience the rustic essence of Rajasthani cuisine.
Guests can indulge in a vegetable picking session where they can pick seasonally grown vegetables like ker sangri, okra, brinjal, green chilies from our organic fields. They could also try out their hand at angling and catch fresh fish from the lake for their next meal. We also arrange culinary classes for those interested in learning the traditional recipes of the region.
