Having graduated from Sarah Lawrence College of arts - New York,Mr.Kochhar started out as an amateur film maker and held a number of previews across various galleries in New York during his college days. Following this,he trained at the Setai in Miami,which is a GHM property of world-renowned hotelier Adrian Zecha.
UPENDRA N.SENAPATI
(DY. GENERAL MANAGER - ACCOUNTS)
Mr.Senapati brings with himself 18 years of rich experience in finance and accounts. He began his career with RCI,a leading international time shares company and subsequently moved to Avalon Group of Resorts,having properties in India and abroad. He has been associated with Sewara for the last 7 years.
PANKAJ BHARTHWAL
(MANAGER - PUSHKAR RESORTS)
Pankaj
started his career with an apprenticeship in the Food & Beverage
department of The Grand Hyatt,New Delhi, which acted as a stepping stone
into the company. He has also worked with the Dalmia Resorts
International,Goa before joining Sewara in the Hospitality
division.Today,he is the Manager operations for Pushkar Resorts,one of
Pushkar's oldest resort properties.
VIRENDER S.NEGI
(GENERAL MANAGER - THE LODI)
After graduating from Jamia Millia Islamia,New Delhi 1994.Mr.Negi startedhis career with The Oberoi,New Delhi. Over the next few years,he worked in countries like Bermuda,USA,UK and Dubai. He has been associated with Lodi - The Garden Restaurant,since 2007.Creativity,passion,enthusiasm and positive thinking keep motivating him to do better for the future.
CHEF ELAM SINGH RANA
(EXECUTIVE CHEF - THE LODI)
Chef Elam started his career with The Park,New Delhi at variance department and cuisine.He brings with currently him vast experience in European & Spanish cuisine and has been associated with Lodi - The Garden Restaurant for over 8 years. Opening his mind and taste buds to different foods and flavours from the rest of the world. Chef Elam puts his heart and soul into the cuisine,focusing quality,attention to detail and consistency.
